Joe Adams | Chief Compliance Officer
Joe brings extensive expertise in Codes and Standards regulatory compliance to P38 and its affiliates. A Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies, Joe is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, as well as a Fellow Engineer Canada. He has built many positive relationships in the pressure and propane industry fields and amongst various North American regulatory bodies throughout his career. Joe has been with the P38 group of companies since 1986 and has past experience as a member of various industry leadership committees.
Andy Bite | President
Andy holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He has been a senior executive with a number of energy sector distribution companies and brings significant industry experience and knowledge to the P38 group since joining the company in 2003. Andy was a member of the Canadian Propane Association Board of Directors for six years since its inception in 2011. He also served as Chair of the Board`s Regulatory Affairs Committee.
Fay Rody | Chief Administrative Officer
Fay is responsible for financial and administrative oversight of P38 and its affiliates. She holds an Honours degree in Chartered Accountancy from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and Canada. Prior to joining P38 Inc., Fay held senior financial and administration roles in other privately held enterprises as well as a long tenure serving clients in public practice at a national accounting firm. Fay is fluently bilingual in English and French.

Aida Avila | Accounts Payable Specialist
Aida is responsible for coding and processing Accounts Payable invoices and issuing supplier payments for entities within the P38 Inc. group of companies. Aida also assists with accounts receivable data entry and invoicing, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of related documents and files. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the National University of Honduras, a Business – Accounting two-year diploma from Fanshawe College and a PCP certification from the Canadian Payroll Association. She is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
Beth Foresi | Payroll Specialist
Beth coordinates the preparation and remittance of various payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with employment standards. She is also responsible for the timely preparation of accounts payable. Beth brings extensive office experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, costing, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and sales marketing assistance to P38 and its affiliates.
Jeff Goud | Controller, Accounting & Risk
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Fanshawe College, Jeff has been a certified member of the Society of Management Accounts since 1992. Jeff has worked for the company in an accounting and administrative capacity since 1990.
Murad Jama | Accountant
Murad is responsible for compiling and preparing the monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and providing treasury assistance, management reporting, variance analysis, inventory tracking, and monthly tax filing. A Business Accounting graduate of Fanshawe College, Murad brings experience from across various industries to the business services group.
Tim Macnamara | Chief Information Officer
Tim is responsible for all aspects of the various information technology systems used by P38 and its affiliates, from desktop support to the overall planning, design, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Tim has extensive experience in the information technology industry and holds certifications from key vendors including Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware. Tim is a graduate of Western University.
Craig Rogers | Treasurer
Craig’s primary responsibility is overseeing the finances and accounting of P38 and its affiliates, including coordinating weekly cash budgets, preparing financial statements, and performing Statistics Canada reporting. A graduate of Western University and the University of Windsor, Craig is also a certified member of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario. He brings past experience with various public accounting firms to the business services group.
Jana Woodard | Human Resources
As a member of the Human Resources team, Jana’s focus is on employee development and recruiting facilitation. She has held various positions within the P38 group of companies, including leadership roles in both customer services and operations. Jana has developed and executed administrative, quality, and efficiency projects for operational improvement and is a Sociology graduate of Western University.
Jason Drury | Controller, Financial Reporting
Jason is responsible for corporate financial reporting for P38 and its affiliates, including working on continuous improvement initiatives in finance, reporting, process & control, and operational effectiveness areas of the organization. A graduate of Fanshawe College, Jason received his Certified General Accountant designation in 2002 and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and Canada. He brings extensive experience from a variety of industries including education, manufacturing and public accounting.
Stefanie Wira | Accounts Payable Support
Stefanie is responsible for providing support to Accounts Payable in regards to processing invoices and payments within the P38 Inc. group of companies. As a graduate of Westervelt College, Stefanie has utilized her Office Administration background in varied roles within the company since 2015

Guy Marchand
With over 30 years of experience in the propane industry, Guy has gained expertise in all aspects of propane operations as a business owner and senior executive with a national propane distributor. Guy has been heavily involved with various Canadian and American committees throughout his career and is currently a Director and Chairman of the Canadian Propane Association. He is also a current Director and past Chairman of the Quebec Propane Association and is a graduate of HEC Montréal.
Dan Granger
Dan holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to joining the company in 2008, Dan spent 27 years focused on the growth and development of several other successful businesses within the energy sector.

Andy Bite

Dianna Carter
Dianna has brought over twenty years of customer focused, operational and administrative management in the telecommunications and energy industry. She is a graduate of Ottawa’s Carleton University.
Richard Charbonneau
Richard has over 36 years experience in the propane industry. He is familiar with all aspects of propane operations as an independent propane marketer with the family business and as a general manager with a national propane marketer. He holds an MP (Propane Handling) certificate of qualification as issued by the province of Quebec, and is a Public Relations graduate of the Université de Montréal. He has participated on propane industry committees in both Quebec and Canada. Currently, he is CSA B149.2 Propane Storage & Handling Code Technical Committee Chairman and CSA B149.5 Installation code for propane fuel systems and containers on motor vehicles Technical Committee Vice-Chairman.

A founding stakeholder integral to the development and evolution of the company since inception in 1997, Joe has overall responsibility for EDPRO Energy Group Inc.
Doug Fiegehen
A tenured stakeholder in the propane business, Doug has been extensively involved in all aspects of serving customers who use propane as an engine fuel. Doug has responsibility for the integration of engine technologies to fleet users, and is supported by the extensive expertise of both EDPRO and SLEEGERS.
Jeff Goud
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario and of Fanshawe College, Jeff has been a certified member of the Society of Management Accountants since 1992. Jeff has worked for the company in an accounting and administrative capacity since 1990.

Chris Van der Spank
Backed by many years of experience with product design, engineering and quality systems, Chris brings a valued, practical approach to our engineering team. He has expertise in both propane systems design and in ASME pressure vessel engineering. Chris graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Sc. in Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.
Dave Williams
A senior litigator, who the Law Society of Upper Canada has designated as a specialist in Civil Litigation, Dave’s practice includes commercial litigation, personal injury work for both plaintiffs and defendants, class actions and employment matters. Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Ontario and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
